Guarantee
• World-SuperStore leaves 1-year warranty on all products.
• Always save the invoice or receipt as this must be presented for guarantee to apply.
• During the warranty period (from original purchase date) reserves the World-SuperStore the right to repair or replace the product.
• The warranty applies when the product under normal use would break.
Wrong deliveries
• We want you to let us know as soon as possible if we accidentally delivered the wrong goods or wrong number of goods.
• This is done most easily by the customer sends in a return note with details of errors & encloses no wrong goods supplied.
Transport Damage
• Check directly at the reception that no goods are missing or defective.
• Would this be the case, a notification to be Super-auction within 7 days.
• Transport injuries incurred in the line are presented directly to the Post / distrubitor which released package.
